Warehouse Operative / Machine Operator Location: Banbury Pay Rates: £13.07 per hour - Double Days (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00, rotating) £15.02 per hour - Nights (22:00-06:00) The Best Connection is recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives / Machine Operators to join a busy and expanding company in Banbury. Key Responsibilities Carry out general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and moving goods. Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in line with company procedures. Feed plain cardboard sheets into die-cutting machines, following production schedules. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards. Support stock control by monitoring raw materials and finished products. Transfer materials to gluing stations and assist with smooth production flow. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, complying with Health & Safety standards. Accurately complete production and quality records as required. Skills & Experience Previous machine operative experience is essential. Warehouse or production background is desirable. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
