SEN Tutor
Job Duties:
* Provide individualised support and instruction to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
* Utilise a variety of teaching techniques to engage and motivate students with SEN.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience working with students with SEN.
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practises.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEN teaching or support role.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
* Knowledge of SEN legislation and guidelines.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in SEN education.
* Experience using assistive technology to support students with SEN.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in an educational setting. The work may require collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the students' education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
