Job Opportunity: MU Manager – UK
Location: Blackburn
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced MU Manager to lead and manage a team within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of 12 staff across various roles, including purchases, sales, logistics, warehouse, customer service, and general management.
2. Oversee and set clear targets for the sales team, including 3 regional sales representatives (North, Central, and South).
3. Drive business growth by conquering new markets within the underrepresented PPE sector.
4. Grow annual turnover beyond £5 million and support the performance of field sales teams.
5. Conduct market monitoring and actively seek new development opportunities.
6. Split responsibilities between field presence (50%) for team supervision, business development, and operational management (50%), with P&L responsibility.
Role Structure:
7. Territory: UK & Ireland
8. 2 days per week in the office
9. 3 days per week in the field
Compensation Package:
10. starting between £70,000 and £80,000 max per annum
11. £15,000 annual bonus
12. Company car, mobile phone, and laptop provided
Profile Sought:
13. 5–7 years of professional sales experience
14. Minimum of 3–5 years in team management and P&L responsibility
15. Proven experience in the PPE sector (mandatory)
16. Strong passion for sales and business development within the PPE industry
17. Excellent leadership, listening, and organizational skills
18. Autonomous, results-driven with a focus on growth and market expansion
