What you'll be doing
You’ll join our Agriculture and Landed Estates team who work with a variety of clients from historic country estates to modern farming businesses. These clients care for the countryside and are also leading the way in rural innovation.
You will work as part of a team dedicated to the agricultural and landed estates sector to:
1. Help clients prepare year-end accounts, management accounts, forecasts, and projections
2. Get involved with company and business taxation, company secretarial matters and VAT returns
3. Enable you to gain a breadth of commercial, tax and general accountancy experience

Your development
In support for you achieving the skills and behaviours required to be a successful accountant, you’ll be trained alongside our first-year graduate intake and will work with our experienced professionals on real client projects.
At the end of your placement, if all goes well and you have demonstrated the skills and qualities to be a successful accountant, you may be offered a place on one of our three-year graduate programmes to become a Chartered Accountant (ACA) to gain the prestigious ‘chartered’ status.
What we’re looking for
Bright, motivated under-graduates who want to build a meaningful career in accountancy with an interest in Agriculture and Landed Estates.
Entry requirements:
9. A second-year undergraduate university student on a four-year degree completing a work placement in your third year
10. Predicted 2:2 degree in any discipline
11. Minimum of 112 UCAS points (obtained from three A Levels or equivalent excluding general studies & EPQ)
12. GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/grade C or above
