We currently have permanent opportunities for a Machine Settler to join our Technical teams in Willand, Devon. This post is working Days, The hours of work are: 05:30am -14:30pm (Tuesday 13:30pm) The shift pattern is: Monday - Friday The rate of pay is £15.06 per hour Main Responsibilities: Your main tasks as a Machine Setter will be to: Undertake daily checks on sealing equipment and Bizerbas Ensure good startups in sealing departments Grease all machinery in sealing room (portions and av - including conveyors) and heat tunnel chains Replace printheads, drive belts, motors, bearings and adjustment of Bizerbas Carry out Proseal tooling checks and reconditioning, belts, bearings and bushes replacement Adjust Proseal programs for best efficiency Carry out fault finding and programs basic adjustment on Metal detector's. Secondary request sheets relevant to skill level, basic fabrication when required Problem solve for OCM and printer’s Support with projects and new line installation Keep an up-to-date list of machinery, tooling sets etc. and any relevant issues Ideal Candidate: As an Machine Setter, you will have a passion for delivering high standards within your job role.
