We are a science-led consumer health business focused on targeted, clinically supported products.
Our core formulation combines low-dose collagen with supporting ingredients, delivered through a patented capsule designed to release in the small intestine for effective absorption.
We operate a subscription-led DTC model alongside wholesale and international channels, with a focus on repeatable growth and disciplined execution.
We do not rely on broad claims or high-dose formulations. The approach is targeted, evidence-led and built to stand up to scrutiny.
ROLE PURPOSE
You own the product. What we sell, how it works, what we say about it, and how it evolves over time.
You are expected to take ownership and make things work.
This is not a marketing role, nor is it purely technical. You will sit between the two and are expected to understand both.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Existing product performance You maintain the integrity of the current range Formulation, positioning, claims and packaging stay aligned
Compliance and claims You are responsible for what we say and what sits behind it Ingredients, claims and supporting evidence must be fully substantiated
Product changes and improvements Reformulations (provided by our professionals), packaging updates, cost improvements You manage this end-to-end
New product development and launch You lead NPD from concept through to launch, working alongside our chemists/pharmacists Formulation, supplier alignment, testing, packaging and positioning Innovation balanced with what is commercially viable
You ensure products land properly in market Work across marketing, operations and channels
Supplier and partner management Work with manufacturers, labs and ingredient suppliers from a product perspective
Documentation and control Specifications, claims, evidence and approvals are maintained and clear The business should always know what sits behind the product
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a regulated or science-led product environment Comfortable with detail Able to move between technical and commercial conversations
Structured, but agile Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
