Finance Assistant \n\n£26k\n\n12 month FTC\n\nLiverpool\n\nFinance Assistant required to join a well-established Public Sector organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Finance Assistant to join their dynamic and growing finance function on a full-time, temporary basis.\n\nAs the Finance Assistant you will work on a small team and report into the Management Accountant providing support to the wider finance team alongside other duties below:\n\nKey responsibilities of the Finance Assistant \n\nPurchase Ledger/Sales Ledger\nArranging invoice payments\nChecking and inputting invoices into system\nReconciling statements\nHandling any queries\nSet up of payment runs\nHandling of petty cash\nAd-hoc daily tasksRequired skills and experience of the Finance Assistant\n\nIdeally AAT Qualified or equivalent\nRecent finance experience\nStrong IT skills including advanced Excel\nGood communication skills both verbal and writtenThis is fantastic opportunity to join an organisation with a fast-paced and friendly culture with unrivalled opportunities.
