Leading blue chip FMCG manufacturer requires a change specialist to join their team. Nights 10pm - 6am or Days 8am - 4pm. you should have the minimum experience in leading a team of up to 40 people. Food safety level 2.
Previous experience is at Commercial level NOT A CHEF - CHEFS are not required. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Coordination:
Developing and implementing production schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Team Management:
Supervising and motivating production staff, fostering a positive work environment, and potentially handling hiring and training.
Quality Control:
Ensuring food products meet quality standards, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any production or quality issues.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforcing safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Efficiency and Cost Management:
Optimizing production processes, minimizing waste, and managing costs effectively.
Inventory Management:
May be involved in managing inventory of food items and materials.
Budgeting and Reporting:
Developing and managing budgets, analyzing production data, and preparing reports.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality control, logistics) to ensure seamless operations.
