Effectivelymanagescommunicationonalltechnical,Health&Safetyandenvironmentalmatterswithcustomers(internalandexternal)andsupplierstodeveloprelationshipsandensurethatbusinessopinionisconsideredandrespected. ProvidestechnicalandHealth&SafetyinputintoformulationandagreementofoverallbusinessstrategyincludingbudgetandPIPinitiatives. Throughpersonalandteamobjectives,deliverstechnical,Health&Safetyelementsofthebusinessstrategy. IdentifyandimplementcomplianceKPIs(includingbutnotlimitedtoFoodSafety,HealthandSafetyandEnvironmental)tomonitorstandardsanddrivethebusinessforwardthroughcontinuousimprovement. EnsurethattheSustainabilityagendaisacommonthreadthatrunsthroughoperationalactivityandstrategiesacrossthebusiness. Providethepracticalsupporttooperationalmanagementtodriveacomplianceculture. Teamdevelopmentensurethattheappropriateteamstructuresareinplace,resourcedwithstaffwhoenabletheneedsofthebusiness,aswellasreflectingcompanyvalues Providespecialistknowledgetoenablethebusinesstoexploitmanufacturing,NPDandcommercialadvantagewhilstensuringtherequiredstandardsoffoodsafety,quality,legality,Health&Safetyandenvironmentalfactorsaremet.
