We recommend regularly checking your inbox, including your junk folder. Main Responsibilities Vehicle admin duties which include booking MOT's, Services and reporting faults. Maintaining document recording for technical services Co-ordinate and upload reports to AMS / Maximo Data capture and input Work orders processing Auditing records Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes as required Answering incoming telephone calls Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery Provide support for other Administrative roles as required to support the Regional Management team and contracts support office if needed Working on other Regional sites to assist with meetings to include; Knook camp and Rollestone camp with occasional travel to other sites / locations where required All aspects of administration ie, data capture, scanning and filing, monitoring emails, mail services, housekeeping, using office equipment, diary management, note-taking at meetings, typing, stationary managing, purchase orders, answering incoming telephone calls The Ideal Candidate Office and Administration skills Great timekeeping skills and the ability to be flexible Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook Good level of numeracy and literacy skills Experience of communicating with stakeholders Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards Ability to follow processes within time constraints Ability to drive continuous improvement Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence (essential) Join Landmarc and Enjoy a Competitive Salary Plus Outstanding Benefits!
