An established national Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Facilities Services provider Job Details Building Fabric Engineer required to work on a mobile basis on a commercial health contract in and around the Devon and surrounding area. Carrying out reactive building fabric and carpentry repairs within a range of commercial buildings in accordance with Health & Safety requirements. A background in general carpentry and / or general building repair is advantageous Main Responsibilities would include general maintenance tasks including Building Fabric Maintenance including general carpentry and repairs, basic repair within tiling, painting and decorating, plaster patching, etc, water temperature checks and filter changes Correct and timely completion of paperwork according to company policy and procedure.
