The right fit Experience of working in a Social Housing Environment. A driving licence is essential for this role. Experience of managing Tenancies effectively. Experience of managing ASB cases effectively. Excellent numeracy, ICT, and literacy skills, able to analyse data and write reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To be able to communicate appropriately with people at all levels. To develop an awareness of risk and associated policies to ensure that procedures are followed, and risk is managed appropriately.
