A leading global Asian bank is looking for a Head of Legal & Compliance to provide full SMF16/17 and Legal oversight.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Head of Legal & Compliance:
* Providing full SMF16/17 oversight
* Providing regulatory advice and guidance
* Managing a team and driving team initiatives
* Developing and maintaining the Compliance Monitoring Programme
* Reviewing legal documents and agreements
* Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders and external counsel
Attributes & Experience required for a Head of Legal & Compliance:
You will have a minimum of 8 years' experience ideally gained within a commercial or retail bank. Salary: £150K plus bonus, benefits and hybrid working.
