Recruit4staff are representing a leading packaging manufacturer business in their search for a Machine Operative to work in Redhill Job Details: Pay: £29,640 - £39,520 (DOE) Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM (Nights) Duration: Permanent Benefits: Uniform & PPE provided, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays Job Role: As a Machine Operative, you will support the Cut and Crease Minders in all aspects of cut and crease operations. You will be responsible for setting up and running Bobst or similar finishing machinery, ensuring all cartons meet the highest quality standards. The role includes regular machine maintenance, quality checks, and housekeeping duties while maintaining production efficiency and accuracy.
