We are recruiting for an exciting role with a busy, well established and growing company in Redditch. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy sales team managing projects for their customers. This is a rewarding role where you can really make a difference with regards to the company's projects and see it through from start to completion.
This role arose due to an internal promotion to a field sales role, so you can be assured that this company values personal development and promoting from within. It is a customer focused role, ideal for candidates with varied sales administration or customer service experience, especially in coordination.
Responsibilities
* Support the sales and technical team in the preparation of project proposals
* Process orders and liaise with internal teams including production and sales
* Manage and handle web/tele sales enquiries
* Prepare all project enquiries and liaise with cost centres for project pricing
* Review technical schedules in preparation of tender proposals
* Collate all tender documents
* Manage customer enquiries
* Monitor CRM, manage data log, and record activity accurately
* Provide a contact point for key project and customer relations
* Manage CRM in liaison with Sales Managers, providing customer reports on sales and leads
Qualities Required:
The successful candidate must have an eye for detail, be able to focus on the job at hand, and be capable of following complex instructions. They should have a flexible approach to work and work well both independently and as part of a team. Reliability and conscientious attitude are essential. Strong administration skills, particularly using Excel daily for managing quotes and tenders, are required. Excellent organisation and communication in a team environment is needed, and experience in a similar role would be essential.
Remuneration
Basic salary between £27,000 and £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working Hours
Office based role with hours 8:00-4:30 pm.
