Duties
* Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, ensuring all records are up to date.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure that all clerical duties are performed efficiently.
* Handle scheduling, appointments, and calendar management for team members.
* Organise office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Requirements
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
