Are you anexperienced Senior Quantity Surveyorready to lead complex construction projects and commercial teams? Were looking for a proven professional to take ownership of high-value projects, manage clients, and mentor emerging talent - all while driving successful outcomes.
What Youll Do
Lead the commercial team and oversee project delivery from start to finish.
Manage contracts, variations, budgets, and procurement schedules.
Act as the main client contact, resolving challenges and ensuring smooth project execution.
Review specifications, including modular timber builds, and work closely with technical partners and suppliers.
Mentor and develop junior staff, shaping the next generation of construction professionals.
What Youll Bring
Senior-level quantity surveying experience in construction, preferably with JCT contracts.
Proven track record managing small to large-scale social housing or public sector projects.
Experience leading a commercial team on new build contracts.
Knowledge of timber modular construction and strong cost management skills.
Professional accreditation (RICS or equivalent) and a Quantity Surveying degree.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (*reasonable adjustments considered).
