Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
In Season Trading
8. Run weekly trade reports to monitor department performance and stock levels
9. Prepare event performance reports highlighting key findings and flagging opportunity and risk to the wider business
10. Coordinate department pricing daily, managing upload and ad hoc requests, checking Just In daily
11. Running Sell Thru Performance reports and work with Assistant/Junior Merchandiser to highlight actions by brand, category and PID
12. Support Assistant/Junior Merchandiser with WSI Promo and Clearance builds
13. Brand WSSI and MFR refreshing and actualising
14. Prepare daily reports to monitor performance, highlighting key findings
15. Managing visibility of key brands with PID restrictions
Admin Support
16. Prepare and distribute key department and FOB Monday reports
17. Refreshing ad-hoc reports as requested
18. Support Assistant Merchandiser with ad-hoc queries from Merchandiser and wider business
19. Prepare analysis and trend reports for buying to support with stock buys and buy plans
20. Prepare performance reports to support wider team in lead up to key strategy meetings and monthly/quarterly business reviews
21. Undertaking ownership of key business reports to support Assistant/Junior Merchandiser to ensure these are accurate and changes updated
22. Support Merchandise Operations Team with running weekly intake reports
23. Work with Buying Admin Assistants to support wider B&M team tasks
