The Acorn Motor Group is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for talented individuals to take the business to the next level. In exchange you will be welcomed into a friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to work directly with an exciting Automotive brand.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all invoicing and taxing paperwork is to brand standards with all supporting documents ready for customer handover
* Keeping an accurate record of all information necessary for audits- Files to be kept up to date and to include all information required
* Ensuring that all vehicles are funded in line with company policy and that vehicles are also appropriated within given time frame
* Assisting our accounts department with month end reconciliations
* Maintaining up to date stock records on Keyloop (DMS)
* Taxing of new vehicles on the RaV system
* Creating vehicle records – Both new and used vehicles
* Monitoring tax renewals for company vehicles

* Act as an ambassador for the Acorn Group and our respective brands
