JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 6+ PQE

SALARY: GBP 65K plus
THE ROLE:
This leading regional law firm is looking to strengthen their presence within the private client sector. The firm are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the team at Senior Associate Level and deal with medium to high net worth wills, probate, inheritance tax and wealth planning. Already boasting an impressive client base, the successful candidate will be expected to complement this with a genuine enthusiasm to undertake business development and become an integral part of the growth of this department. You will be a key part of the firm's senior team where your voice and contribution will be valued.
THE CANDIDATE:
The firm are currently seeking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to assist in the development of their private client department. You will be ambitious, driven, hard:working and above all have a real desire to succeed within a forward:thinking practice. You will be tenacious and creative in approach. Your expertise will include standard and complex wills, probate, trusts, tax and estate planning. The successful Senior Solicitor will have at least 6 years PQE and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, have a practical approach and be a true team player. Working as part of a larger cross:office team you will be expected to develop your own portfolio of clients and will be accomplished in the area of business development and client retention.
