Working as part of a skilled team, our CNC Setters machine critical components which are used on a variety of projects within our well-known sectors. You will possess high standards of workmanship in order to comply with internal and customer specifications. You will need to be self-motivated and determined with consistently high standards.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
* Set up and load materials onto the machine
* Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
* Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
* Maintain a clean and organise the work area
* Further technical progression
ABOUT YOU
* Demonstrated experience as a CNC Setter / Operator
* Experience with precision measurement instruments
* Ability to seamlessly interpret technical drawings
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to remain focused on quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Strong math skills for measurements and calculations
* Able to demonstrate excellent manufacturing practices

* Monday-Friday 0600-1400
* Monday-Friday 1400-2200
* Monday-Friday 2200-0600
