This fixed term contract gives you the opportunity as a Campaign Manager, to create and communicate compelling reasons for millions of customers to choose Tesco. You'll lead the end to end marketing of our food campaigns, leveraging our Own Brand, new products, award-winning ranges, and distinctive brand voice. Your role will be to shape and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that position Tesco as a premium, expert retailer of great quality food. LI-RD1 • Leading the development and delivery of marketing plans that showcase Tesco’s food expertise, driving customer engagement and business growth. • Creating clear, insight-led strategies that define the business opportunity, desired customer behaviour, and how to bring our food proposition to life across all customer touchpoints. • Using customer and financial insight to make bold recommendations and prioritise investment. • Briefing and collaborating with external agencies to develop creative campaigns that are distinctly Tesco. • Working with Media Planning and Channel teams to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned media. • Forecasting, managing and tracking marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. • Reviewing campaign performance and creative effectiveness with the Insight team. • Identifying opportunities to grow Tesco’s wine proposition through UK Retail Media platforms. • Staying curious and spotting trends, innovations and market activity to inform future plans.
