They are now seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to strengthen their team in Belfast.Your new roleAs Electrical Contracts Manager, you will:
* Prepare and implement electrical contracts
* Plan and programme labour and projects effectively
* Lead site teams and direct labour
* Communicate with clients and design teams
* Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards maintained
* One overnight stay in London per week may be required
What you'll need to succeed
* Electrical background: time-served Electrician or HNC+ in Building Services
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Electrical Design Engineer
* Strong knowledge of electrical installation on large-scale projects
* Leadership skills with commercial awareness and accountability
* Ability to motivate and coach teams
