The Role
We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to oversee statutory compliance across our property portfolio. You'll maintain accurate records, coordinate inspections, liaise with contractors and tenants, and ensure all documentation is audit-ready. This role centralises compliance administration, supporting the FM team and ensuring efficiency across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update compliance software with certificates and inspection records
* Track statutory deadlines (fire, water, lifts, asbestos, gas, electrical, etc.)
* Liaise with contractors and tenants to arrange inspections and access
* Prepare compliance reports and escalate overdue or high-risk issues
* Standardise processes and support efficiency improvements across the portfolio
About You
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
* Confident communicator with contractors and tenants
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
* Experience in facilities management, property compliance, or contractor coordination
* Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements (desirable)
