Join our established recruitment team in Codsall and help us bring exceptional Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses into our service — without any cold calling.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Managing a high volume of applications daily
2. Building relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring their vacancies are managed effectively and updates are provided in a timely manner
3. Conducting structured screening calls to assess suitability and experience
4. Making warm outbound calls to new and previous applicants
5. Booking interviews and consistently hitting recruitment targets
6. Prioritising effectively in a fast‑moving environment
7. Supporting the growth of our care services through quality candidate engagement
What You’ll Bring
8. Proven success working to targets in recruitment or telesales
9. Confident, engaging communication skills
10. Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
11. Ability to manage a large, fast‑moving workload
12. Resilience, motivation, and a proactive approach
13. A genuine passion for people and delivering great service
