The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare involves delivering high-quality training to empower the care teams in providing outstanding service to the residents. Main duties of the job
As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you'll play a key role in empowering Avery Healthcare's teams to deliver outstanding care. You'll lead engaging training sessions across a cluster of homes, helping ensure the teams are confident, competent, and compliant. Your responsibilities will include delivering statutory and mandatory training, identifying learning needs, designing and facilitating interactive courses, and supporting both face-to-face and virtual learning experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Learning and Development Facilitator, youll play a key role in empowering our teams to deliver outstanding care. Youll lead engaging training sessions across a cluster of homes, helping ensure our people are confident, competent, and compliant.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality training on statutory and mandatory topics
* Identifying learning needs using our Learning Management System (LMS)
* Designing and facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses
* Supporting both face-to-face and virtual learning experiences
* Assessing learner understanding and confidence throughout sessions
ABOUT YOU
Youre someone who lives our values caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable and brings a genuine passion for adult social care and learning.
* Experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector
* Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or above)
* Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements
* A commitment to inclusive learning, including neurodiversity
* A Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it)
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport

Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or above), a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it), and a full UK driving licence with access to your own transport.
