Join Paradigm Housing Groups Contact Centre, where you will play a key role in helping us deliver homes that our customers can rely on. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to join our team. What You'll Do: Handle a wide range of customer enquiries by phone and email, helping resolve housing and repairs-related issues. Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to provide effective solutions. Use your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver outstanding service.
