Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advisor: Handle customer service duties via telephone and email Process sales orders, returns, and credits Manage order and credit processing Handle enquiries related to: Deliveries, Orders, Discounts, Part numbers, Pricing, Product specifications, Complaints.
