Role Description
The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients to promote and sell products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales leads, maintaining and expanding client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the agent will work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
* Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
* Knowledge and experience in the pet industry, or related industries, is advantageous
* Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
* Proficiency in CRM Tools and basic understanding of Sales Metrics and Reporting
* Strong Organizational Skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in an on-site environment
* Experience with product promotion and understanding of customer needs
* A valid driver’s license and access to transportation (if applicable)
