Job Title: Account Manager

Hours: Between 07:00am and 18:00pm - Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for an onsite account manager for one of our key client based in Northampton. Do you have experience of operating within warehouse recruitment or for an established MSP? Job Responsibilities:
* Lead our on-site managed service operation, delivering contractually agreed workforce solutions in line with SLAs and KPIs.
* Own the day-to-day client relationship, partnering with senior site leadership to plan, forecast, and deliver workforce requirements.
* Direct all end-to-end recruitment and compliance for temporary workers, including attraction, screening, right-to-work checks, and ethical selection.
* Ensure daily fulfilment of labour demand, managing rotas, absence, retention, and behavioural performance of all workers.
* Maintaining full compliance with UK employment and health & safety legislation, including AWR and Working Time Regulations.
* Produce and present KPI reporting and service reviews, contributing to continuous improvement and contract performance.
* Managing payroll accuracy, time & attendance, stock control, and budgets to maximise revenue and service efficiency.
* Representing our company professionally on site, promoting the full service offering and supporting engagement initiatives with workers and clients.
Key Skills /Experiences:
* Managed Services recruitment OR Large scale volume recruitment through a branch network
* Strong understanding of legislation in the recruitment market
* Experience of managing a team OR ready for your first management role; demonstrating times / events you've needed to manage situations / on site operations / projects
* Customer service experience - dealing with clients on a face to face basis
* Accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Ability to make work independently - to problem solve & make rational business decisions, which can be justified
* Good Microsoft skills - Outlook / Word / Excel
* Capable of working with a team to present to internal & external stakeholders
* Ability to be flexible around the needs of the business
