Your role will see you sit in the Finance function of this multisite business, working closely with a dedicated Financial Controller and Management Accountant. Ideally you'll possess at least 12-18 months experience within a Finance role. Duties will include the following; Purchase Ledger, invoice processing Payment runs Sales Ledger Credit Control, sending statements and chasing debt Statement reconciliations Support the monthly management accounts process with journals and reporting Assist with auditsAs the Accounts Assistant, you'll ideally possess solid Excel knowledge and experience of Sage Line 50 would be great, but not essential.
