Position Overview
Strengthen the existing team of Gynaecologists at Liverpool Women’s Hospital. The team provides care to women across Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with general gynaecology including emergency, outpatient, special‑interest clinics.
* Provide inpatient elective gynaecological surgery – both major and minimally invasive.
* Participate in emergency gynaecology; may join the ‘hot week’ team. No on‑call out of hours.
* Lead development of new pathways and support senior management in shaping the future strategy of gynaecology services.
* Contribute to medical education for undergraduate and postgraduate doctors.
