Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager on a daily basis you will provide support to the delivery of service in your region You will be expected to work on administrative tasks set on a daily basis and also to use your own initiative to drive efficiency in the operation alongside the regional management team.
Requirements for Role
1. Strong communications skills both verbal and written.

3. Good organisational skills and housekeeping
4. Team player and able to work on own initiative and self-motivation.
5. Accurate data inputting .
6. Acting as the key liaison point between the customer, service centre and any contractors involved on claims, ensuring communication is precise
7. Book appointments for both reactive and planned works electricians and plumbers
8. Supporting customers with choosing their material choices for reinstatement works.
9. Interim invoicing for reinstatement works
10. Ensure SLA’s are adhered to and highlighting any issues to the Regional Operational Manager where necessary.
11. To provide outstanding customer service always, remaining courteous and professional.
12. Analysing and correcting financial data ensuring projected margins are accurate and PMC is updated weekly.
13. Resolve customer queries and ensure any complaints are escalated to your Regional Operations Managers.
14. Understanding of all contracts you are responsible for.
15. Appointing and issuing purchase orders and communicating with suppliers as and when required.
16. Adhere to & ensure compliance with BELFOR Health & Safety, Environment &Quality procedures for your local branch
17. Flexibility to support across multiple contracts when required.
