The post holder will be required to manage and support bed management and complex discharge planning processes at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Sister to ensure effective bed management across NHS adult wards and CYP, including the oversight of the team. A high degree of coordination, communication, networking and liaison is required to establish and maintain good working relationships. The post includes a 3‑month rotation programme to develop bed management and complex discharge skills, providing a flexible working environment during critical pinch points in the workload.
