Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by providing tailored sports nutrition and wellness product advice.
* Utilize your product knowledge to recommend supplements that meet individual customer needs.
* Build strong customer relationships by understanding their fitness goals and offering personalized service.
* Handle sales transactions at the till, ensuring all banking and cash-handling procedures are followed accurately.
* Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-stocked and correctly labelled.
* Stay informed about the latest product lines, promotions, and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice.
* Assist with general store maintenance and be willing to take on additional duties when required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally in a health, wellness, or sports-related field.
* Basic knowledge of sports nutrition and dietary supplements is essential.
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and provide consultative sales assistance.
* A team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness.
* Experience with handling cash and sales transactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A qualification or experience in nutrition, dietetics, or sports science is a plus.
