Here, you’ll genuinely handle the full spectrum, from wills and probate through to trusts, LPAs and Court of Protection matters, within a busy and established team that already has strong workflows and consistent demand.
The firm is looking for a an Experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their Leigh office. You’ll inherit a successful existing caseload from day one, with plenty of autonomy and support where needed.
This would suit someone who enjoys running their own files, wants trust and flexibility, and prefers a down-to-earth environment over a corporate or heavily managed culture.
Who we’re looking for
4. Experienced Private Client Paralegal
5. Experience running your own wills and probate caseload
6. Broad private client experience desirable, including trusts, LPAs and probate
7. Strong IT skills and comfortable working in a paper-light environment
8. Organised, proactive and able to work independently
9. Someone who enjoys autonomy and managing their own workload
What you’ll be doing
10. Managing a varied private client caseload
11. Handling probate and estate administration matters
12. Drafting wills and advising on tax mitigation
13. Preparing LPAs and Court of Protection applications
14. Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
15. Supporting business development activity where appropriate
