Your Day-to-Day:
1. Coordinating and facilitating training events
2. Supporting financial processes like levy collections and grants
3. Handling customer calls and in-person queries
4. Maintaining accurate records and assisting with policy implementation
5. Preparing correspondence and helping colleagues when needed
You’ll Need:
6. 5 GCSEs (incl. English) with 1 year of relevant experience OR 2 years of relevant recent experience
7. Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
8. Great communication and problem-solving abilities
9. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
