Youth Justice Officer – Solihull Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Youth Justice Officer to join Solihull’s committed Youth Justice Service. This is a key role focused on supporting young people at risk of offending, reducing reoffending, and promoting safer outcomes for individuals and the wider community. You will: Manage a caseload of young people subject to out‑of‑court disposals, court orders or preventative interventions Complete high‑quality assessments, risk management plans and reports Deliver direct work that supports positive behaviour change and builds resilience Work closely with families, schools, police, health and partner agencies Promote engagement, safety and constructive opportunities for young people You need: Experience within a Youth Justice Service or working with at‑risk young people Strong assessment, communication and relationship‑building skills Knowledge of relevant legislation, risk frameworks and youth justice processes Eligibility to work in the UK To apply, contact Dan Wimbush on 07860 876 197 or send your CV to daniel.wimbush@pprsocialcare.co.uk.
