What You Will Do Supervise and support foster carers to maintain high standards of care.
Recruit, assess, and train foster carers, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Collaborate with agencies to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for children in placement.
Participate in panels, conferences, reviews, and court proceedings, presenting recommendations professionally.
Conduct assessments and investigations in line with legislation and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports and manage documentation to uphold fostering standards.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to fostering innovation.
