Rosas Thai Edinburgh Weve come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006.
Back then, they couldnt afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosas Thai Café was reborn.

The role Were looking for a confident, hands-on Sous- Chef to help the Head chef lead the kitchen.
Youll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail
What youll do Lead the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
Run service with pace, focus and control
Deliver every dish with consistency and care
Train and support junior chefs
Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness
Take ownership and help drive the kitchen forward
This role is for you if you Love the heat, pace and precision of the wok
Care about flavour, detail and doing things right
Lead by example and bring the team with you
Stay calm under pressure and get stuck in
Want to grow with a brand that takes food seriously
Have strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok
