You will manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ranging in value from £100k to £5m, while leading and developing a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Junior Project Managers. With responsibility for programme delivery, you will ensure projects are delivered to time, budget and quality, achieving agreed objectives and KPIs. This role is site-based in Buckinghamshire, working across a wide range of new and existing projects within the defence construction sector. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the delivery of multiple construction projects at varying scale and complexity. * Oversee the work of Project Managers, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful outcomes. * Maintain the project lifecycle from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery within time, cost and quality parameters. * Drive performance to meet agreed programme objectives and KPIs. * Interface effectively with clients, subcontractors, designers, building occupants and military personnel. * Provide strong leadership and organisational oversight to support the wider delivery team. * Ensure robust supply chain management, commercial control and risk management throughout the programme. Candidate Profile * Extensive senior project management experience within Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Civils. * Strong leadership and organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects concurrently. * Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Proven commercial awareness and experience managing supply chains. * Understanding of the RIBA phases and programme management processes. * A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to support and motivate delivery teams. Qualifications & Requirements * DV Clearance * CSCS Card and valid SMSTS qualification. * Health & Safety trained - IOSH or NEBOSH.
