Customer Experience Advisor – Stirling Branch
Job Overview
Based out of Stirling Branch, this role works 21 hours per week on a rota of Monday to Saturday between 8am & 6pm. You will be the first point of contact for customers in branch or on the phone, helping them with transactions, queries, and protecting against fraud and scams. The role requires flexibility, a broad skill set, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answer customer calls into our contact centre
* Build relationships and find solutions
* Develop knowledge of services and products to better serve customers
* Identify new ways to improve the customer experience
Qualifications
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face‑to‑face or telephony)
* Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs
* Desire to go above and beyond for customers
* Team‑working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach
* Open to a broad range of activities even if outside standard expectations
* Ability to grow, adapt, and change to meet business needs and priorities
Benefits
Salary range: £25,000.00 – £31,579.00 per annum (based on a standard 35‑hour week). Additional benefits include:
* £500 annual cash allowance for benefits
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 26 days after 5 years service, option to purchase up to 5 days)
