Role Purpose
To manage all aspects of recurring program through the development and maintenance of project business processes and documentation to comply with the project charters. Delivering the project to cost, time and performance and managing customer and stakeholder interfaces.
A320 Project Manager
This opportunity, based at our Prestwick site offers:
1. 37 hour working week (half day Friday)

Responsibilities
14. Lead discussions and be lead customer interface for all aspects of program execution
15. Manage the customer interface for all aspects of Rate Readiness
16. Responsible for the development and maintenance of reports in line with Business and Customer requirements ensuring compliance to contractual and corporate requirements including ASR, utilising the business functional support to execute and maintain.
17. Manage to, and ensure compliance with Programme Management best practices in line with Company policy
18. Execution of all Program Assessments including IPCA, PMCA, APQP, Rate Readiness etc and ensure function alignment and buy in to support
19. Responsible for managing the on-time delivery and execution of all customers driven recurring changes, ensuring PoE’s are achieved with no financial impact to Spirit
20. Responsible for maintaining programme review structures, internally and externally.
21. Co-ordination of the Customer reviews ensuring all actions are completed in a timely manner.
22. Actively supports Program Manager / Director to deliver agreed objectives.
23. Enable/Support the development of programme management plans and related breakdown structures
24. Responsible for maintaining and co-ordinating risk management process including RIO/ BCB/PCCB and mitigation actions. Ensure all risks are captured within the financial plans and forecasts.
25. Develop and Maintain Communication plans to all key business and customer stakeholders
26. Support the Management of the Programme dept. Labour & Overhead Budgets in line with forecasted targets
27. Responsible for issues management and resolution of conflict.
28. Manage the PDR Process for agreed team members through effective use of all people processes
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
29. Ideally qualified to or progressing towards APMP Diploma in Project Management
30. Possess highly effective communication skills, be able to accurately and clearly, in verbal and written forms, communicate with all levels of the business, Customers, Suppliers & other external organisations.
31. Excellent team working skills are required but, he / she must be self-motivated and comfortable working individually.
32. Possess the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
33. Excellent budget and financial management
34. Excellent approach and ability to problem solving, using tools and techniques.
35. Process minded way of thinking to complement root cause analysis.
36. Competent IT skills, to include Microsoft software packages and knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project is essential.
37. Experienced in the use of Project Management models and principles (Project Lifecycle, Business Case Analysis, Change Management etc.)
38. Possess all round business awareness from SAP processes, Operational measures to financial reporting models.
39. Open minded individual with the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities through business change programmes
Decision Making Authority
40. Makes decisions daily based around the specific project that ensure cost quality and delivery of the project to the original business case.
41. Would be required to support Strategic decisions at this level
42. Primary customer interface on schedule matters
