IT Director – Enterprise Applications (IFS ERP)
Metric Bio are partnering with a global biologics CDMO on a search for an IT Director to lead enterprise applications, with a heavy focus on IFS ERP.
This leader will own strategy, implementation, and operations across ERP, CRM, supply chain, and finance systems as the company scales from clinical to commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead IFS ERP roadmap, delivery, and optimization
* Oversee integrations with systems like Salesforce
* Ensure systems meet business, compliance, and operational needs
* Manage internal teams and vendors driving enterprise solutions
* Partner cross-functionally to deliver data and process improvements
Qualifications:
* 10–15+ years in life sciences IT, with strong IFS ERP experience
* Hands-on ERP leadership supporting biopharma commercial scale-up
* Deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes
* Strong project management, vendor oversight, and delivery execution
