Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced hospitality business. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established and forward-thinking company operating across multiple UK locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the end-to-end payroll process using the automated system
* Support regional managers by ensuring accurate input of employee data and hours
* Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing - no manual calculations required
* Prepare and compile detailed finance reports, payroll journals, and monthly reconciliations
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support reporting and compliance requirements
* Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across systems
You'll be required to attend an office environment 3 days a week, including ad-hoc travel to other sites.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR & Payroll Specialist should have:
* Experience in payroll administration within a multi-site or fast-moving environment
* Strong understanding of payroll systems and reporting
* Confident with finance tasks such as reporting, reconciliations, and journal preparation
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
* A team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
