What you'll do at work As an Air Product Agent Apprentice, you will support the air freight and logistics team in coordinating international shipments and ensuring goods move efficiently through the supply chain. This role will give you practical experience in freight forwarding operations, shipment documentation, and customer service within a fast-paced logistics environment. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving and reviewing shipment documentation, ensuring all paperwork relating to air freight consignments is accurate and processed in line with company procedures and industry regulations. Preparing air freight shipments by organising documentation, confirming shipment details, and ensuring goods are ready for dispatch Routing shipments by coordinating with airlines, carriers, and internal teams to ensure freight is transported efficiently and within required delivery timelines Managing freight receipts and shipment records, ensuring all deliveries and bookings are recorded accurately within internal systems Processing shipment information by updating logistics and freight management systems to maintain accurate tracking of consignments.
