A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Social Worker to join the South East Community Wellbeing Team within Stoke-on-Trent Adult Social Care and All Age Commissioning, recently rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, working under key legislation such as the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation & guidance underpinning adult social care. Our core purpose when working with adults is: “Working with you to live a life that matters to you.” We take a relationship-based, strengths-focused approach, working collaboratively with adults, carers, and partner agencies to deliver meaningful outcomes.
