About the Role
We’re looking for a visionary and commercially astute Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead the next phase of digital transformation and international growth for a fast-scaling, design-led lifestyle business. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for building and integrating a high-performing digital ecosystem across ecommerce, performance marketing, customer intelligence, and digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure digital excellence aligns with a bold, culturally resonant brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop three core digital functions: Digital Platform – ecommerce infrastructure, UX/UI, and technology. Digital Trading – commercial performance, merchandising, campaign execution. Client Lifetime Value (CLTV) – CRM, loyalty, segmentation, lifecycle marketing.
2. Define and deliver a scalable, data-led digital strategy across B2B and B2C channels.
3. Overhaul and optimise ecommerce platforms ( Shopify Plus), CRM, and ERP systems.
4. Drive international digital expansion, launching localised sites and marketing in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
5. Lead performance marketing across paid social, search, email, SMS, affiliate, and retargeting.
6. Champion customer insight, segmentation, and behavioural analytics to inform product and marketing strategy.
7. Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure digital storytelling reflects the company’s design-led ethos.
What We’re Looking For
8. 10+ years of senior leadership in digital, ecommerce, or marketing roles.
9. Proven experience leading multi-functional digital teams.
10. Deep understanding of ecommerce architecture, CRM, analytics, and performance marketing.
11. Experience scaling digital operations internationally.
12. Strong commercial acumen with a passion for brand, design, and innovation.
13. Collaborative, culturally fluent, and confident in founder-led, fast-paced environments.
14. A natural storyteller and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
