Duties to include: Benchmark salaries against market data and provide tailored recommendations. Deliver bespoke consultancy projects for clients, both large and small-scale. Prepare and present detailed reports, including salary structures and grading frameworks. Client Engagement & Presentations. Conduct virtual client meetings to gather job data and understand reward structures. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, sometimes including executive teams and boards.
