About the Role
This is an essential post within their small team and the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering the charity’s approach to fundraising and increasing their charity income.

They know that their projects and fundraising activities make a huge difference to the people they are here to support and they want to improve the sustainability of the charity, increase the volume and value of their income so they can reach more people and increase the charity’s impact. The key purpose of the role is to support the development and successful implementation of a range of fundraising activities across a diverse fundraising portfolio for the charity.
This role is offered on a part‑time basis (0.6FTE). Fixed Term to 30th September 2028 with possible extension of contract if funding secured based from our Charity Community Hub in Lincoln.
Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering the charity’s approach to fundraising and increasing charity income
* Securing grants and delivering fundraising activities
* Improving the sustainability of the charity, increasing the volume and value of income
* Supporting the development and successful implementation of a range of fundraising activities across a diverse portfolio
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience and a track record of securing grants and delivering fundraising activities.

£28,848 per annum (pro rata to £17,308.80 per annum for 21 hours)
